Fact #01

The time of the medical appointment suffered from unstable systems problems and little usability in the platform design. 

Solution: Information Centralization
and proposal of simpler tools
to be used, with clearer purposes, from the business itself, through the role of the doctor, to the health agents
and the patients.

Fact #02

Lack of standardization that resulted in decentralized information and duplicated data across all available legacy systems.

Solution:  Follow-up with the technical team to understand their pain and, consequently, new assumptions to be validated in prototypes.

Fact #03

Business objectives were not shared between teams, making it difficult to achieve costs and results.

Solution:  Alignment of expectations between
the business and data science teams, making it feasible to apply the data collected to increase business performance.

results

The results were seen in the lack of need for training carried out in the previous version, the increased productivity of professionals involved in the day and the savings of almost R$ 5 million reais with training in the use of the tool , as they no longer occur. Positive feedback spontaneously generated by medical professionals.
